I had several problems . The air conditioning barely worked. The room was much too hot. the noise levels were a HUGE problem. I could hear everything happening in the hallway ALL night. I asked for a different room, but staff said nothing was available.

wonderful Stay at this Hotel

perfect locationfriendly staffpool access
i found the location perfect for visiting major attractions , and it was close to hop-on hop-off bus stops. the staff greeted us with a smile and offered help. breakfast was nice , and the rooms were clean , so overall , i enjoyed my stay here.
the swimming pool was accessible only during one-hour pre-booked sessions , and children under 18 years were not allowed. my son could not access the pool , and i felt disappointed.

the staff was friendly. i especially thank andrea at reception. the hotel provided a good breakfast with varied options. it was a nice touch to have extended hours for breakfast. i used the free luggage storage after i checked out early.
i found the spa reservation policy restrictive. the one-hour time slots felt inconvenient. this made it difficult to use the spa facilities as desired.
